Your choices matter
How about today you give a little less of what others think and a little more of what you want. How about you get up at the time you said. Put on your shoes, get some fresh air and see where the day leads. How about you focus on the seed you have been meaning to plant instead of watering a different garden. Aren’t you tired of the unnecessary heavy load? Why try to be anyone but yourself? Why let anyone make you feel unworthy? Keep valuing yourself. You are more than enough by existing. Life is moving but it doesn’t mean you have to move every moment of your day. There is a time for everything and you are not meant to be everywhere every time you get an opportunity. You always have a choice. Will you choose happiness or despair. Will you choose love or fear. Will you choose forgiveness or regret. Will you choose growth or to remain stagnant.

Will you choose to keep trying or will you give up. Will you choose peace or anxiety. Will you choose to be present or remain distracted. Will you choose kindness or frustration. What good is learning something without applying it ? Are you welcoming life’s obstacles, the unexpected moments or running against them? Are you choosing gratitude instead of focusing on what you don’t have? When is enough for you and when do you know when to move on? Are you living up to your capabilities or limiting your beliefs? Do you remain humble when things go your way? Do you respond with empathy versus judgement? The journey is unknown. There will be ups and there will be downs, ultimately you choose what to bring with you and what you will leave behind. Will you choose to keep trying or will you give up.
