Time is non refundable.
There’s a Latin phrase that goes “recuerda que moriras.” Translation, “remember you will die.” The stoics used a similar phrase “memento mori.” These phrases were not said to discourage but rather to learn from. It is a reminder about our time here, our life here. We are all born one day and then we are gone the next. No skin color, eye color, race, religious, beliefs, political views will change the fact that we will end the same.
What good is time when you are not aware of the limited time you have here?

Love for today.
Give for today.
Challenge yourself today.
Learn something today.
Be a better person today.
Be kind today.
Cherish your moments today.
