Sometimes I have crappy days. Does’t everybody? Today in particular. I came across a passage, poem, sentences, I don’t know what to call it but you know what I mean, some words of encouragement that I like to read from time to time.

Book: 365 TAO Daily Meditations by Deng Ming-Dao

The meditation title: RESOLVE (hints, the title of this post)

“Make your stand today.

On this spot.

On this day.

Make your actions count.

Create your own destiny.

Keep going.

Each day, your life grows shorter by twenty- four hours.

The time to make achievements becomes more precious.

You must fulfill everything you want in life,

and then release your will upon the moment of death.

Until that moment, create the poetry of your life

with toughness and determination.

I have these words written on my notebook and from time to time I love to re read it to remind me that we all can resolve our own battles, struggles. We got one life. Keep moving forward. Stay strong.

God bless you all,

X Nancy
